I know we are busy moms so I'm curious to get tips and find out how you keep your tasks and busy lives organized. What tools do you use to help you accomplish it all?

Two Words:  Google Calendar.  Both my husband and I use it and it keeps us organized. We each have a color (including the children) and both have access to each others personal and work appointments.  Really couldn't live without it!

My husband and I do the same thing!! It's a WONDERFUL thing. We even have it hooked up to our iPhones so we can add on the go!

Yes I use Google calendar too. I have a question - does the color code show up on your phone? I was trying to set different colors for personal, business, etc. and can't seem to get it to work. Any suggestions?

I have been trying to figure out the color issue too!  On my laptop, everything is color coded, but it doesn't transfer to the iphone.  I use codes before each appointment to distinguish...CCF Meeting 10am, IRF Ballet, PWF London Office and so forth......

I don't know how to do this either! Will have to do some investigating for us ladies! :)

I use my iCal with the same idea of colors for different things and it can sync with my phone. I still use a real paper calendar in the kitchen. Writing things down still seem to help my memory!

Although I am the Brand Ambassador for momAgenda, my answer to this question is the same: I live by my momAgenda planner. Although I consider myself techy with plenty of apps and gadgets as the next girl, for me, I need to handwrite everything down myself...and I don't see that changing for me any time soon.

momAgenda designs products to provide enough room to fit home/office, personal appts as well as family activities all in one planner, so I take it with me wherever I go.

I've always toyed with buying one of the momAgenda planners, but I am trying to keep everything online for "sharing with my hubby" purposes.  However, the set up is ideal.  Any chance momAgenda will have an app?  I imagine it would be very popular.

I'm going to let Nina answer this since she's one of our fab community members, but I know there IS an ipad app http://www.momagenda.com/ipad-app.cfm and I *think* an iphone app is currently in development...

My iPad has become my kid's toy :-(   If the iPhone app comes to fruition, I would get it in a heartbeat!

I use a Mom Agenda also for my own daily planning purposes. I like seeing things on paper and being able to make notes next to the week/day etc.

I LOVE momAgenda too, Heather.  I think it was through you that I was introduced to this product.

I don't have a business but I'm on a mission.

Hello,I have a blog. I do not have a business. I won't bore you for a long time with this post.I work with others to bring awareness and help to children with EB.  Not many people know what this even is.  EB is a skin disease that affects 1 in 50,000 newborns. It is genetic and there's no cure for it. These children suffer and the suffering is unimaginable. Please visit the link to my blog below. The link takes you to a particular post about an EB fundraiser. If you want to, look through my…See More
