I know we are busy moms so I'm curious to get tips and find out how you keep your tasks and busy lives organized. What tools do you use to help you accomplish it all?

Happy Friday to you!
Permalink Reply by Teri Lynne Underwood on February 4, 2012 at 4:58pm I just shared my favorite time management tools today on my blog. For me, it all boils down to having a great planner/calendar. LOVE Mom Agenda and also Cozi.com to sync everyone's calendars. The list on my blog includes books, websites (like List PlanIt which I could not live without!), and some apps.
Permalink Reply by Martine De Luna on February 10, 2012 at 8:28am I just use my iCal, which is synced with Google Calendar so that I can keep updated whether I'm online or not. I also use my planner, because pen and paper work well for me when I don't want to bring my Mac with me. I usually take the planner with me during meetings with clients--I write everything down there, from meeting note to appointments. I then update my iCal with everything, send it out to update Google Calendar, or vice-versa.
Permalink Reply by Prerna Malik on February 22, 2012 at 1:28am I LOVE Google Calendar, synced to my Droid and yes, I also use the traditional pen-and-whiteboard for making my to-do lists. I also, have a Home Management planner to keep me organized with menu plans and more. Oh, and did I mention I wrote a FREE eBook on Organizing and Productivity? :-)

Permalink Reply by Maggie Wants on March 13, 2012 at 12:22am On my iPhone, I use the week calendar and the clear to-do list. I love both those apps. A bit of reminders too.
At work, Google Docs, Basecamp, Time Doctor. I am very much conscious of my time that I even schedule and put a time frame for almost every task I have. Of course, I am also flexible . I've learned to adjust to immediate changes in schedule.
